Azazel
On Israel’s Day of Atonement, why was a goat sent to Azazel? Is he a demon? Learn just who this figure was.

Satan in the Old Testament
God certainly does have a great enemy in the biblical story, one that surfaces in Eden. The point here is that his enemy never gets called “Satan” until the periods after the Old Testament.

The Doctrine of Original Sin
Many Christians do not realize that the subject is controversial within Christianity because it, as traditionally articulated, gets us into problems with the eternal destiny of the unborn, the aborted, and those with mental impairments.

The Doctrine of Original Sin
If all humans since Adam inherited Adam\'s guilt (however that happens), then why does Jesus get off the hook? He is 100% human in biblical theology. How does the Romans 5:12 handle this problem?

The Doctrine of Original Sin
Are you going to base your theology on what the text actually says, or what you\'ve been told to see in it? Therefore, just as sin came into the world through one man, and death through sin, and so death spread to all men because all sinned. Romans 5:12

The Doctrine of Original Sin
Is there a biblical reason why aborted fetuses, stillborn babies, infants and any other person who dies unable to believe will be raised at the second resurrection and never suffer the second death?

The Doctrine of Original Sin
No one saves themselves. No one merits salvation in any way. No one gets to heaven apart from the work of Christ. Never having sinned before death doesn’t mean the innocent have the righteousness of God. If allowed to live, wouldn’t sin be inevitable?

The Doctrine of Original Sin
Few people who take the traditional view of Romans 5:12 (that all humans are guilty before God because they inherit Adam’s guilt) realize that their interpretive position can be used to argue in favor of universal salvation.

The Morning Star
Some people like to say Jesus is Satan here, or how Satan and Jesus are brothers. These notions are illustrations of what happens when you ignore context.

The Tower of Babel and Holy Ground
The story about how God broke up the mass of humanity at the Tower of Babel by turning their one language into many is found in Genesis 11:1-9. It’s actually the focal point of the Bible’s theology of spiritual warfare.

What Does it Mean to be Human?
The stage is set for this question to become one of this century\'s great challenges to the church. Is it because there is no biblical answer?

The Lord’s Supper
Why is it such a verbal battleground? Is it because there is no clarity on the subject in Scripture? Can we really understand what the Bible says about this?

What do you think?
We have all sinned and deserve God’s judgment. God, the Father, sent His only Son to satisfy that judgment for those who believe in Him. Jesus, the creator and eternal Son of God, who lived a sinless life, loves us so much that He died for our sins, taking the punishment that we deserve, was buried, and rose from the dead according to the Bible. If you truly believe and trust this in your heart, receiving Jesus alone as your Savior, declaring, "Jesus is Lord," you will be saved from judgment and spend eternity with God in heaven.

What is your response?

Yes, I want to follow Jesus

I am a follower of Jesus

I still have questions
